The flagship BMW rooftop of a Northeast luxury group converted its F&I product panel to Kairos. Retail volume slipped 58 units, and back-end gross rose $372,045 anyway. F&I PVR finished at $3,298, the best figure of the group's three rooftops, and all three finance managers on the desk ended the period above $3,000 per copy.

The Mercedes-Benz rooftop converted its F&I product panel to Kairos in the same period its retail volume slipped 77 units and its desk absorbed the heaviest roster change in the group. F&I PVR still rose 5.2% to $2,800, because finance penetration jumped nearly eight points and the store wrote 58 more financed contracts on fewer cars.

The second BMW rooftop converted its F&I product panel to Kairos while rebuilding its finance desk from three managers to two. Back-end gross rose $818,912, the largest dollar gain of the three rooftops, on gross per product sold that jumped 22.8%. The new desk lead opened at $3,533 per copy, the highest figure anywhere in the group.
